Section 79.02.230. Blank forms of applications for appraisal, transfer, sale, and lease of state lands, valuable materials.

- The department shall cause to be prepared, and furnish to applicants, blank forms of applications for the appraisal, transfer, and purchase of any state lands and the purchase of valuable materials situated thereon, and for the lease of state lands.
