Section 47.12.290. Sale of real property—Execution, acknowledgment, and delivery of deed.

When full payment for real property agreed to be sold as authorized by RCW 47.12.283 has been received, the secretary of transportation shall execute the deed which shall be duly acknowledged and deliver it to the grantee.
