Section 89.30.544. Negotiable bonds of general improvement or divisional district—Resolution authorizing issuance of bonds.

- The reclamation district board shall tabulate said abstracts of election returns and if it appears that a majority of the votes cast at any such election are in favor of the proposition submitted at said election, the board shall so declare and enter a resolution authorizing the issuance of bonds in the amounts and maturities and for the objects proposed.
