Section 71.34.305. Notice to parents, school contacts for referring students to inpatient treatment.

- School district personnel who contact a mental health inpatient treatment program or provider for the purpose of referring a student to inpatient treatment shall provide the parents with notice of the contact within forty-eight hours.[ 1996 c 133 § 6.
