Section 71.24.155. Grants to behavioral health organizations—Accounting.

  • Grants shall be made by the department to behavioral health organizations for community mental health programs totaling not less than ninety-five percent of available resources. The department may use up to forty percent of the remaining five percent to provide community demonstration projects, including early intervention or primary prevention programs for children, and the remainder shall be for emergency needs and technical assistance under this chapter.
