Section 48.19.470. Automobile insurance—Premium reductions for persons eligible under RCW 48.19.460.

All insurance companies writing automobile liability and physical damage insurance in this state shall allow an appropriate reduction in premium charges except for underinsured motorist coverage to all eligible persons subject to RCW 48.19.460.
