Section 43.79.487. Basic health plan stabilization account.

- The basic health plan stabilization account is created in the state treasury, to consist of such revenues, appropriations, and transfers as may be directed by law. Moneys in the account may be spent only after appropriation. Expenditures from the account may be used solely for the support of the basic health plan under chapter 70.47 RCW.NOTES:Effective date—2011 c 5: "This act is necessary for the immediate preservation of the public peace, health, or safety, or support of the state government and its existing public institutions, and takes effect immediately [February 18, 2011]."
