Section 43.43.3951. Ignition interlock devices—Limited exemption for companies not using devices employing fuel cell technology.

For the purposes of RCW 43.43.395, companies not using ignition interlock devices that employ fuel cell technology as of June 10, 2010, shall have five years from June 10, 2010, to begin using ignition interlock devices that employ fuel cell technology.
