Title 43. STATE GOVERNMENT—EXECUTIVE |
Chapter 43.185C. Homeless housing and assistance. |
Section 43.185C.320. Youth services—HOPE centers—Eligibility—Minors.
Latest version.
- To be eligible for placement in a HOPE center, a minor must be either a street youth, as that term is defined in this chapter, or a youth who, without placement in a HOPE center, will continue to participate in increasingly risky behavior, including truancy. Youth may also self-refer to a HOPE center. Payment for a HOPE center bed is not contingent upon prior approval by the department; however, approval from the department of social and health services is needed if the youth is dependent under chapter 13.34 RCW.NOTES:Short title—2015 c 69: See RCW 43.330.911.
